Is my data used to train models?
No. Your content is never used to train third-party models, and is never reused or shared.
How is my data protected?
Encrypted in transit and at rest, developed in an ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified environment, SOC 2 aligned, and meeting PIPEDA and GDPR standards.
Can we use our own identity provider?
Yes — Fluent integrates with your own Identity Provider to manage users in a familiar, secure setting.
Are there audit logs?
Yes. Comprehensive audit trails show what files and content were translated, as required by your compliance team.
